Moi, palaan vielä tähän korkoasiaan. Oon 4/24 kirjaillut muistiin että Cibuksen rahoitus on uudelleenjärjestelty 2/27 saakka ja korko 3,8%. Laajentuminen benelux maihin tehtiin muistaakseni osakevaihdolla joten korkojen nousun osalta voisi yhtenä perusteena olla tuo rahoituspotin uudelleen neuvottelu reilun vuoden päästä ja siihen liittyvä korkoriski. Toki keskustelu kivijalkakauppojen tarpeesta ja verkkokaupan kasvusta voi nähdä myös uhkakuvana myös Cibukselle.

Sisäpiiri ainakin ollut ostolaidalla, vaikkakin aika maltillisia määriä.

Laskeeko tämä nyt korkoennusteiden vuoksi koko ajan?

Miten täällä valistuneet kiinteistöasiantuntijat näkevät Cibuksen tulevaisuuden? Yhtiön kiinteistömassahan on ainakin olevinaan äärimmäisen defensiivinen ja ”earnings capacity” näyttäisi nousseen mukavasti, minkä pitäisi mahdollistaa myös kasvavat osingot. Lisäksi, velkapotti ei vaikuta mitenkään mahdottomalta.
