Tieto has today assigned a total of 111 879 treasury shares to 334 key employees
related to the company's long-term incentive plans. These shares are a reward
payment for the earnings period 2023-2025. The directed share issues were based
on authorization given by the Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2025.
Based on the number of treasury shares held on 9 March, after the share
repurchases related to the share buyback programme, Tieto holds a total of
1076693own shares after the conveyance of the treasury shares.
