Fondia on vuonna 2004 perustettu Suomen 9. suurin lakiasiaintoimialan yritys. Keihäänkärkituotteena se tarjoaa jatkuvaa tuotteistettua lakiosastopalvelua kiinteällä kuukausihinnalla. Käytännössä asiakkaat voivat ulkoistaa oman lakiosaston osittain tai kokonaan Fondialle. Fondian ydinkohderyhmää ovat alipalvellut pk-yritykset, mutta tuotteistettujen palvelujen kautta (esimerkiksi DPOaaS) tarjonta soveltuu hyvin myös suurille yrityksille.

Hallituksen jäsen Sami Honkonen tankannut näemmä 26 000 eurolla Fondian osaketta.

Tässä on Kinnusen tekemä uusi yhtiöraportti Fondiasta.  Nostamme Fondian suosituksen osta-tasolle (aik. lisää) ja tavoitehintamme 5,8 euroon (aik. 5,2 €). Q4-raportti tarjoili vakuuttavaa näyttöä yhtiön käänteestä hyvän kannattavuuden muodossa, ja myös ohjeistus vuodelle 2026 oli rohkaiseva. Näkemyksemme mukaan lähivuosien tuloskasvunäkymä on vahva, mutta arvostus on kohtuullinen myös toteutuneella tuloksella. Yhtiön potentiaalia on vasta raapaistu, ja näemmekin yhtiön tuottoriskisuhteen erittäin houkuttelevana. Rapsasta lainattua: Heikko rahavirta, mutta sille oli hyvä peruste Muuten erinomaisen Q4-raportin tahra löytyi rahavirrasta, joka jäi koko vuonna 2025 erittäin heikoksi. Liiketoiminnan rahavirta ennen käyttöpääoman muutosta oli vielä hyvä 2,0 MEUR, käyttöpääomaa sitoutui yli 1,5 MEUR erityisesti myyntisaamisten kasvettua voimakkaasti. Taustalla oli uuden ERP-järjestelmän käyttöönotto, minkä vuoksi laskutus jäi normaalista aikataulusta. Emme siis näe syytä huolehtia myyntisaamisten kotiuttamisesta, mikä onkin tärkeää lähestyvää osingonmaksua ajatellen. Hallitus ehdottaa osingoksi 0,30 euroa osakkeelta, mikä vastasi odotustamme ja tarjoaa yli 6 %:n osinkotuoton. Fondia PlcCompany release2026-03-12 at 2.00 p.m. EETFondia Plc has today transferred without consideration a total of 2,977 treasury shares held by the company to 39 persons who have participated in the company's Employee Share Savings Plan (ESSP) during the savings period 2023-2024. The transfer of shares is based on the terms and conditions of the ESSP.Information on the ESSP 2023-2024 has been published by a company release on 24 November 2022. During the savings period 2023-2024, the company's employees who participated in the ESSP saved EUR 50-500 per month from their salaries, and the accumulated savings were used to acquire Fondia Plc shares for the participants at market price after the publication of the company's 2023 Half-yearly Financial Report and Financial Statements Release. Upon conclusion of the holding period of the savings shares on 28 February 2026, participants have been entitled to one complimentary matching share for every two savings shares they have acquired themselves.
