The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the "Company") informs that it has received a court order confirming the registration by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated September 4, 2026 regarding registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, as adopted by the Annual General Meeting via Resolution No. 21/2026 of June 18, 2026.
The Company provides the detailed scope of the amendments and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association in the attachments to this report.

§ 5 clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws 2025 item 755).
