Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) ("Smoltek" or "the Company") announces that in the press release published on 2026-11-05 regarding the interim report for January-September 2026, the following has been corrected to align with the interim report.

Cash flow from operating activities for the third quarter was SEK -15,404 (-8,244) thousand. The figures previously stated, SEK -10,952 (-19,472) thousand, referred to the period January-September.
Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 45,591 thousand. This was previously stated as SEK 45,491 thousand.
Earnings per share of SEK -0.04 (-0.04) refers to the third quarter, not the second quarter as stated in the press release.

The interim report is unchanged. The correction applies only to the press release.
