Garo: GARO launches new installation tools for GARO Entity

GARO is now launching new digital installation tools for the GARO Entity charging station. The release includes the new GARO Entity Installer app as well as a web tool that together makes installation easier, faster, and more structured for installers.

The new tools have been developed based on feedback from installers and real-world installations in the field. The tools provide a more user-friendly and efficient workflow that supports the entire process - from planning to commissioning. Installers can plan the system in advance and then follow a clear installation guide in the app on site, resulting in better structure, higher quality, and shorter installation times.

"We have worked closely with installers and taken their experiences and feedback from real installations into account. With the new tools, we have built a solution from the ground up that makes installation faster, clearer, and more operationally reliable. The goal has been to create a workflow that allows installers to work efficiently without unnecessary interruptions," says Johan-Christer Svensson, Commercial Product Manager at GARO E-mobility.

Availability

  • GARO Entity Installer is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
  • The new web tool is accessible at www.garoconnect.com.
  • On April 7, GARO also launched a new user app for the charging stations, GARO Entity User, available in the App Store and Google Play.
  • The previous app, GARO Connect, is planned to be replaced by the new digital tools and will therefore be removed from download on August 31, 2026. The same login credentials are used for the new platform as for GARO Connect.
