In connection with the Offer, PPI has prepared an offer document in accordance with the Takeover Rules for certain trading platforms issued by the Stock Market Self-Regulation Committee (the “Takeover Rules”) and an information document in accordance with Article 1(4)(da) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the “Prospectus Regulation”).

The offer document relating to the Offer (the “Offer Document”) has been made public today, 5 November 2026. The Offer Document and an acceptance form are available on PPI’s website, www.publicproperty.se/en/.

The information document has been prepared in accordance with the requirements stated in Annex IX to the Prospectus Regulation. The information document has today been registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) and is available on PPI’s website, www.publicproperty.se/en/.

A pre-printed acceptance form and a pre-paid reply envelope will be sent to shareholders whose holdings in Preservium were directly registered with Euroclear Nordics AB on 5 November 2026. The securities account (Sw. VP-konto) and current holding of shares in Preservium are stated on the pre-printed acceptance form. Shareholders in Preservium whose holdings are registered in the name of a nominee should not use the pre-printed acceptance form. Acceptance of the Offer shall be made in accordance with instructions from the nominee.

Extension of the acceptance period

To allow for higher acceptance level in the Offer, PPI has today decided to extend the acceptance period, which was previously to end on 7 December 2026, until 15:00 CET on 4 January 2027.

Settlement will be initiated as soon as PPI has announced that the conditions for the Offer have been satisfied or PPI otherwise decides to complete the Offer. Subject to such announcement being made no later than on 5 January 2027, settlement is expected to commence on or around 8 January 2027.

PPI reserves the right to shorten the acceptance period and bring forward the time for settlement, and to extend the acceptance period and postpone the time for settlement, to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

The other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged, including the conditions for the completion of the Offer and the reservations set out by PPI.
