The Board of Directors of Beyond Frames Entertainment Withdraws Long-Term Sales Target and is reviewing its financing and cost structure

This follows the recent completion and release of the Company's flagship title, TMNT. While the game has received positive consumer feedback with high ratings, its commercial performance has not met the Company's expectations, which has impacted short-term and long-term financial forecasts.

In light of early sales data, the Company has concluded that the previously communicated long-term sales target for the TMNT title covering the fiscal years mid-2026 to FY2029, in the range of SEK 350-700 million, would require additional marketing investments, more favourable macroeconomic conditions, and further development of partner platforms to be achievable. Consequently, the Board has decided to withdraw this long-term sales target.

The Company is currently evaluating a number of measures to adapt its operations to the prevailing conditions. These include both operational and strategic alternatives to ensure that Beyond Frames is optimally positioned to capture future business opportunities and to ensure financial flexibility and stability. With near- and long-term sales harder to predict, it is essential that the Company aligns its cost structure with current realities and ensures it has the financial flexibility and stability to navigate the period ahead. This work includes a thorough review of operating expenses, ongoing commitments, and the Company's capital position, with the aim of safeguarding long-term value creation. In addition, the Company has a number of prototypes in early-stage development and is evaluating opportunities to secure new project-specific financing.

The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
