Tokmanni Group Corporation's Board of Directors has decided on the payment of second instalment of the dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend to be paid is EUR 0.17 per share, and the decision is based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2026. The company has already paid a dividend of EUR 0.17 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 on 13 May 2026.

The second dividend instalment will be paid on 19 November 2026 to the shareholders listed in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date of 11 November 2026.
